Jordan Love kom tilbake til trening onsdag, bare 12 dager etter å ha pådratt seg en kneskade under sesongåpningen i Brasil.
De første rapportene antydet at Love kunne gå glipp av nesten en måned på grunn av en forstuet MCL, men tilbakekomsten til treningsfeltet har latt døren stå åpen for at Packers quarterback kan spille på søndag mot Titans.
Love, 25, hadde en erme på det skadde venstre kneet og deltok i berøringsfrie øvelser med mottakere og rygger.
Packers-trener Matt LaFleur sa til journalister at Love var «begrenset» i praksis og at det var «flott å ha quarterbacken din der ute.»
«Vi får se hvordan han utvikler seg i løpet av uken,» sa LaFleur.
Kjærlighet må fortsatt være medisinsk godkjent for å kunne gå inn i noen handling.
«Trenerne ser alt jeg gjør, og de kommer ikke til å sette meg der ute med mindre de føler seg trygge på at jeg kan beskytte meg selv,» sa Love ifølge ESPN. «Men samtidig er det derfor det er bra å få inn noen treningsrepetisjoner og få den følelsen av hvordan det er igjen.»
Love har bare gått glipp av én kamp så langt etter at han ble skadet mot Eagles.
Skaden skjedde under Packers’ siste besittelse av spillet, med backup-quarterback Malik Willis under midten for de to siste kampene.
Willis startet forrige ukes 16-10 seier over Colts.
Mens Love uttrykte glede over å komme på treningsfeltet, erkjente han at det bare er så mye du kan gjøre i praksis.
«Det er bare ingenting som når det er levende kuler, du er med i spillet og det hastverket er ekte,» sa han. «Så det er mange ting jeg kanskje ikke opplever før jeg kommer tilbake i spillet.»
